Meeting users where they're at and setting them up for success is what I do. 
 

Years in the classroom taught me how to identify what works in instruction, where the pain points are, and how to innovate for more successful experiences.

Years in Instructional Design taught me how to take a mass of information, and break it into digestible, visually appealing pieces of online content that allow for effective learning.

I carry those skills with me now as a User Experience Designer. Identifying user needs, creating clean, simple experiences for them that meet those needs, and consistently tweaking those experiences for better results is what I truly love to do.
